Excellent point, I'm not a big fan of facebook anyway.
I like it because I've met friends I've lost touch with for a long time. It's nice to connect back with people.

But if you shut down Facebook, Orkut, MySpace....people will resort to texting more than they already do...it's annoying! (but so convenient...and I'm so addicted! :P )
I'm on blogger...while at work...(ahem!)
.. not necessarily Mos. Myspace/Orkut etc are blocked at many workplaces (mine included). The world-problems would still persist - people would find a hack or some other way out for TP :P
ok there goes my platform, I was going to run on that to be the next us president. maybe i should try out for the next desi pm - blocking online sites seems to be a popular thing to do in desh.
